Mandate?-Tax?-Penalty?

I really don't care what you call it; mandate, tax, penalty, I still haven't found anyone, including Pelosi or Reid who have read the 2,970 pages called ObamaCare-Tax-Penalty.

Governor Romney calls it an "unconstitutional penalty". Well, that's OK.  He can call it that if he wants. There are many Democrats who are snickering behind our backs saying"we'll take it anyway we can get it"...ha-ha we fooled you".

Now, now after it's been enacted into law and passed successfully through the Supreme Court some facts have emerged that have started some burning fuel among Americans.

There is a fact that's in the form of a question I'd like to ask. If our new "affordable" health care is not in the form of a tax how come the IRS is going to start a hiring process of bringing  fifteen thousand agents on board to monitor those who will be mandated-penalized-taxed if they don't follow the dictates of the healthcare plan?  Just wondering.

Yes, it's nice that between 20 million and 30 million that didn't previously have healthcare will not have it. Just wondering though, whose going to pay for it? Is it going to come about through increased health premiums for those of us who do pay for our healthcare insurance?

A very prominent Doctor, who by the way, is a registered Democrat, openly stated that we should all be prepared to wait over two hours in the waiting room after we've waited many weeks, maybe months to see a Doctor.

This same Doctor further stated that with an influx of over 20 million people into our healthcare rolls where do the doctors come from? We already have a shortage,  and what is the waiting period for those who need a serious operation.

Another fact no one bothered to read is that starting in 2014 Medicaid will be cut by $500 Billion. Wonder whose going to take of these people on Medicaid. Hmmm, think it's increased taxes? Oops, sorry, I meant mandate....no I really meant penalty.  Whatever.

On a very personal note I have a grandson studying medicine at Duke. I just got off the phone with him, and he said..."well Gramps at least I'll have no trouble finding a job".

And that's Politics with Pete for today
