Still with the hate?

All right now, can we stop this hatred stuff with only five days left? No one is going to change anyone's vote. I think we can all agree on that. Heck, my wife and I have already mailed our votes in. And I'm sure thousands of other Republicans, along with Democrats have done the same.

The polls are showing a virtual dead even tie between the presidential candidates.  With just a few days left why the campaign stops all across the country, especially here in Ohio?  Are there really that many undecided voters left to warrant thousands and thousands of dollars being spent on 20-minute stump speeches?

I guess the answer is both parties are going after the famous, or infamous, INDEPENDENTS.
And I can understand and appreciate both parties desperately trying to sway these independent voters.

There are strong arguements on both sides, many that I have written in my blogs for months now.  This is called "politics", and thank God our great country, according to the Constitution, allows this political procedure to endure.

Republicans argue over Mr. Obama's millions out of work, increases in welfare, failed stimulus, failed companies like Solyndra, Mr. Obama's golfing and basketball, his absence with the jobs council and Intelligence briefings, and lately his botched job of the Benghazi attack.

And the Democrats argue that....let's see the Democrats argue....hmmm. What else, but hatred and lies have the Democrats have to stand on. Their hatred of both Governor Romney and Congressman Ryan seems to be their main avenue of campaigning.

Has anyone witnessed the latest Democrat ad that showed a 97-year old lady promising she will "burn down this mother_ _ _  _r down if Romney is elected"?  Or the other elderly lady that promised if Romney wins she will "%$*# punch him if I meet up with him".

What does that say about the Democrat party, that with only five days left all they have left is hatred and lies? Do you think they're a little desperate?

And of course there is our great main stream media. At least they no longer deny that they are in Mr. Obama's back pocket so strong they are leaving their logo marks on his back side.

Remember during President Bush's second term the media continued to hammer his administration for "high" gas prices, the national debt at $10.Trillion, unemployment at 5%, and even called Iraq "his own personal war"?

Where is the media now with the current President just about doubling all these figures? Of course they will not report that, but Americans know the true story. I keep preaching Abe Lincoln's favorite line, "you can't fool all the people all the time".

There's an old saying that says if you only spew lies and hatred at your opponent just to make yourself look good,  the lies and hatred will spew back in your own face.

Lies, deceit, and hatred are the only tools Mr. Obama and his party have to use as they have no accomplishments to campaign on. So according to their core beliefs you can just pity them, but really can't blame them

Myself, I have predicted Governor Romney will garner close to 300 electoral votes, even though this morning's polls reflect a virtual tie. I know my critics that read this will salivate and start spewing hatred and vitriol at me, but hey, that's all they have.

And that's Politics with Pete for today...God Bless our country....and out troops.
