No politics today. I turned the real golden age of 80 a few days ago, and I decided to recycle a blog I did a year ago regarding that dreaded term...AGING ! Yeah, you read correctly. That horrible dastardly thing that is hated so much, sometimes even when you consider the alternative. Someone actually told me they fear their appearance as they age more than they fear death. Wow, talk about narcissism.
Why is there such a strong hatred and disdain for aging? There's certain nothing we can do to stop it. Sunday comes, and when it comes around again you're seven days older. And this goes for everyone, no matter who you are. No one can deny aging.
Sure when I turned 80 I pondered that I'm closer to having my ticket punched by the guy upstairs, but there ain't a darn thing I can do about it. No, I don't want to "go", but when He calls, well you know the rest.
There are those that look at aging as a curse, much like the wicked witch in "Oz", when she kept screaming that she's melting. I'm so grateful for the youths that display respect and kindness when I interact with them. Yet, there are some youths that show a disdain and overt disrespect towards aging citizens. They mock, ridicule, even find the aging easy pickings to rob and abuse. They easily forget that life is a very fast journey, and someday soon they will be an aging citizen.
Aging should be, and can be a gratifying journey if done right. I'm proud of my 80 years, and despite doing all I can to stay healthy it's easy to see when you spot me that I'm an aging citizen.
I try to eat right, no smoking, an occasional single malt Scotch, mile and a half walk every morning, and about three trips to the gym every week. Guess what? I still couldn't to a thing to stop my seven days of aging since last Sunday.
Of course my biggest downfall is my sweet tooth. Many years ago, after finishing my first 26.2 mile marathon in over four hours, while my friends celebrated with beer and champagne, I went home and ate, by myself, a complete half-gallon of marble fudge ice cream.
No matter how much effort an aging citizen puts in to keep their mind and body active through exercise, reading, golfing, volunteer work, etc., there is no way to stop the aging of the body.
Occasionally I'll get a compliment with someone saying, "gee, you don't look 80". Before the ego gets too inflated my wife always reminds me, "they should see all your wrinkles and sags when you get out of the shower". Point made and taken. She's smarter than me.
Yes, many of us aging citizens have wrinkles, sags, and chicken necks no matter what we do. What is so sad that so many Americans spends Billions of dollars annually on doing every thing they can "to remain young". My personal biggest disdain is for all those that rely on cosmetic surgery "to remain young"., and most of them look worse than before the surgery. The person I know who is practically addicted to Botox actually looks like a chipmunk. It's sad, because they looked so good and healthy without the Botox, but couldn't face the aging process of sags and wrinkles.
I know another person who practically lives on Botox, and their answer is always, "well it makes me feel better about myself". Yet they never seem to have an answer when I reply why don't they do something for others less fortunate than you, or volunteer at a soup kitchen, hospital, etc. If you do you'll feel much better about yourself than a Botox injection will. I'm discover that, not all, but most cosmetic surgery care more about themselves than others.
I just want to know why do so many people have such disdain for the elderly, while spending Billions of dollars annually to look younger. Yes, a few cosmetic surgeries have helped some, but you can't "recycle" any body to look and remain young.
It's not sad, sinful, or illegal to grow old showing off your wrinkles and sags. We've earned these "battle scars", and the youth should welcome an opportunity to share our "war" stories with us old timers.
Make aging a beautiful glorious journey, and don't think that getting old means you're getting closer to not being around too much longer. Not a darn thing you can do about that final bell. Spend the money on a trip that may be on your bucket list instead of Botox injections. Spend more of your aging years with children and grandchildren. The money you save from Botox may afford you to take a grandchild on a vacation with you. Now that's feeling good about yourself.

What does matter?
If you take a survey and ask most people what's really on their list of worries, it's so surprising the answers you get.
Today our great country is facing maybe it's most serious downward spiral in our economy and foreign policy. On the economic front our country has just taken a gigantic step backward toward another recession. There is absolutely no growth in our economy. Our gross domestic product (GDP) is shrinking.
It seems the only growth is our continued purchasing of products made in China. Of course China profits from these products and then continues to loan more money to us. Of course China needs us to buy more of their products and we're sure sustaining them.
China is now building a strong military facility on one of their "artificial" islands. Along with our dependent relationship to China the rest of our foreign policy is the worst it has ever been. Iran is now brokering a deal with the Barry Soetero to produce nuclear weapons, and the world knows that Iran is a big supplier of arms to terrorist groups.
Barry's administration refuses to to wage war against the evil radical Muslim ISIS, just remarking "it's Iraq's problem, not ours". What happened to America being the beacon of light for the world to send aid where it's needed? Women and children are being raped, tortured, and beheaded daily by ISIS, and Barry continues to hide. And when he does speak he claims "climate change is our biggest threat". Really Barry?

The administration in office now has completely turned its back on our biggest mid-east ally, Israel. Barry Soetero overtly displays his vitriol towards Israel's prime minister to the point that Barry sent one of his top emissaries to Israel to campaign against Netanyahu in Israel's latest election.
ISIS is now recruiting the young Black unemployed to come and join their cause in their fight "against the evil infidel America". Add to that the racism fires fanned by the likes of Al Sharpton, and we may be faced with a gigantic civil war in the not too distant future.
Now add all this to our deteriorating economy with 93 million Americans not employed, and food stamps and other entitlement programs at an all time high, it appears we are heading in a downward spiral from which we may not recover. It's clear there won't be any recovery programs started between now and January, 2017.
And if Hillary Clinton should become president of this great country our downward spiral will pick up speed and our fate could well be sealed.
The deep sadness is that so many Americans will tell you what really matters to them personally are (1) just gotta lose 15 lbs., (2) when's the new iPhone coming out, (3) gotta have Botox and surgery to look younger, (4) what's my status on Twitter, Facebook, and google,
(5) shopping, buying, spending, (6) TV, "House of Cards", and maybe the biggest thing that matters to many Americans is (7) TEXTING.
Yeah, yeah, I get ragged on a lot by friends and family that I'm nothing more than a doom and gloom news junkie. Got news for you; I'm 80, and I'll be ashes in an urn by the time it really makes an impact on America. But when I pick up my 17-month old great granddaughter I don't feel very secure about what's in store for her unless something is done and soon.
And please don't ever forget ISIS is counting on us to pay attention only to those seven items mentioned above. It will make it easier for them to run over us and take away our democracy.
Time to really wake up America.

Brown's Father's Day?
Just this morning I read a "tear jerking" blog, written by a progressive liberal regarding the late Mike Brown's father on Father's Day. He bloviated on and on about how sad this Father's Day was going to be for Mike Brown's father(step?) on Father's Day. Before I go any further it must be noted that this liberal progressive blogger just completed a course in Theology given by Rev. Jeremiah Wright. Yeah, you remember him don't you?
This is the same father (step?) of Mike Brown to rant and rave "burn this place down", referring to Ferguson, Missouri riots. Protesters are still parading around streets in the country screaming "hands up - don't shoot". This is derived from a lie from his friend who claimed Mike had his hands up yelling "don't shoot" to Ferguson's Officer Wilson.
After a thorough investigation it was truly witnessed and discovered that Mike Brown never said "don't shoot", and was in fact, charging after Officer Wilson attempting to take the firearm from the officer. By the way Brown's friend, who made the false claim, is now running afoul of the law.
And, of course, the frosting on the cake is that certain citizens of Ferguson are now placing an inlaid plaque embedded in the street where Mike Brown was shot, honoring this thug whose short life was a life of crime.
What's my point in all this as we approach Father's Day in a few weeks? I just want to take a few steps back and refer to a similar young Black youth who grew up in the ghetto, and was immersed in the scene of crime and drugs. His own mother was a drug addict. He didn't know his father.
Yet, this very big and strong Black youth didn't rely on the life of crime and drugs to succeed. He was rescued by someone who cared, raised him in her family, saw this young man go to college, and now plays for the Baltimore Colts in the NFL. He was the inspiration for the movie
"Blind Side".
I wonder if the men in Mike Brown's life; father-stepfather-mother's boyfriend had taken a proper interest in the raising of this young man. He was certainly huge enough, and with the proper grade-point-average (GPA), could have played college football, and perhaps eventually in the NFL. Instead many citizens in Ferguson blame all of Mike Brown's misfortune on "the brutality of the Ferguson police department".
And let's not forget the supposed "police brutality" in Baltimore which caused rioting, looting, and burning from which Baltimore may never recover.
Since then homicides have increased dramatically in Baltimore and in Chicago. Just this past weekend there were twenty-seven homicides in Chicago and Baltimore. Thanks to the media we all know the names of Mike Brown of Ferguson, and Freddie Gray of Baltimore. But this weekend in the 12 homicides in Baltimore this weekend, eleven (11) of these homicides were Black on Black, and I bet you or Al Sharpton cannot name a single Black slain person's name.
I wonder, do you, that if Mike Brown and Freddie Gray would've just obeyed the orders of police officers they would be alive today? The Al Sharptons throw around a lot of blame for the increasingly high crime; slavery, KKK, Jim Crow, racism, and of course Al's favorite, white police shootings of young blacks. Do the Al Sharptons know there were more White criminals than Black criminals fatally shot in 2014? No, you'll never hear of those stats.
Back to Mike Brown of Ferguson. On a very popular social website posted just today is a video of young and large Mike Brown slowly walking up to the blind side of an elderly black man, sucker-punched him on the left side of his head, and then proceeded to get atop the old gentleman and beat him with his fists, while the man begged for him to stop.
Too many African-American parents refuse to take responsibility for the raising of their children. They don't encourage a loving family environment for the Black youth. the major fault lies in the family. African-American families, along with White families need to realize it all starts in the family. Our children don't come out of the womb with a set of instruction on them. LSD is needed' Love, Support, and Discipline.

Wanna be a Gizzillionaire
We've all sat around fantasizing about what we'd do if ever won the big lottery, and suddenly became a multi-millionaire. Buddy of mine jumped back when I told him I want to be a Gizzillionaire. He just laughed and asked, "what the hell are you going to do with a gizzillion dollars"?
I answered that I would rent out the country's largest arena, and send out notices to all who voted for Barry Soetero both times, 2008 and 2012. I would notify them that I will pay each one if they'll sit down for a 5-minute conversation with me. At this point my buddy was rolling on the floor laughing and telling me how crazy I was.
My buddy wanted to know "what are you gonna talk to these people about in five minutes"? I said I would qualify that it must be short quick answers so I can complete my survey in time.
Of course I would have this gigantic computer to tally all their responses into categories of gender, age, and race, but not their names.
First question (1) Yes or No.. did you vote for Barry both times? (2) Yes or No..any regrets for not voting for McCain or Romney? (3) Yes or No..did you ever serve in the military? (4) Yes or No..did you sign up for Obamacare? (5) Yes or No..did Barry give you the "hope & change"he promised you? (6) Yes or No..are you gainfully employed now? (7) Yes or No..are you on any type of welfare/food stamp/subsidized housing/unemployment program? (8) Looking for Better or Worse answer..If elected, do you think Hillary will be better or worse than Barry in our White House? Last question...(9) Yes or No..did race have anything to do with your vote?
And if I have any time left over of course I'll ask what their political affiliation is.
Then I would tally all these answers, and with the millions remaining, I would buy a television network. I would then broadcast all the results from my tally, and host a gigantic talk show to invite people of all different walks of life to discuss what this man has drastically done to this country in such a short period of time.
When he announced to the U.S. Coast Guard graduating class that "climate change is the biggest national security threat our country faces today", I realized this man is either stupid or is an ISIS plant in our White House, is extremely incompetent, or all of the above. He tells Americans on memorial Day that "for the first time in fourteen years America is no longer at war". Really Barry? Tell that to all the families that your ISIS friends are raping, torturing and beheading every day.
Many also believe Barry Soetero is a criminal. He has waged war against our Founding Fathers, and against our Constitution. He doesn't even care what the Supreme Court has decided on his immigration and Obamacare policies. If this man were a White Republican he would already be in handcuffs.
Let's face it folks. We have a criminal living in our White House, and his name is Barry Soetero.

That's classified!
Any American that's even pondering to cast their vote for Hillary in the upcoming primaries or presidential campaign, that's providing she gets the Democrat nomination, just please think again, and take the time to read this. Please
I made a prediction in my You Tube video blog a few days ago that Hillary won't even make it through the primary debates. The Dems now have Bernie Sanders, Webb, and O'Malley throwing their hat in the ring. And once the primary debates unfold Hillary is not going to be able to hide anymore. It's "fish or cut bait time" Hillary. Time to pay the piper.
I also made another prediction, and that is that sometime between now and the end of 2015 Elizabeth Warren is going to throw her hat in the ring. When you add these four contenders to the mix, along with Hillary's falling ratings, I strongly stand by my prediction that she will not receive the Democrat nomination in the end.
She can refuse to refuse to take questions from the press all she wants, but there will come the days, during the primary debates when she's going to HAVE to answer questions about her erased emails, along with her private server, her mysterious donations from foreign countries, her Benghazi role as Secretary of State, and so many other of her illegal endeavors.
Bernie Sanders has already announced that he intends to push Hillary for answers to these crucial developments, during the debates. Her days of just walking through restaurants and smiling at average people is wearing very thin. And the only way she continues to survive is by her constant lying.
Also, if any of the pro-Hillary voters think Barry Soetero is bad at lying, just wait till Hillary gets in the limelight. It's going to be lie after lie during her campaign speeches. And if she should get into the White House be prepared that as soon as she gets challenged for an answer to a delicate situation that the American people have a right to know, her patented answer will be "that's classified, and I can't discuss that now".
Be ready for "I'll have someone from my staff get back to you". Be on the lookout for "we haven't heard back from so and so yet".
Is this the kind of person we deserve in america's White House? Her first year will be appointing cabinet positions to all her heavy donors. Chelsea will probably be Secretary of State, and Bubba will be the U.N. Ambassador.
I've actually heard people say they're going to vote for Hillary because she's a woman. Really?
That's all you got? And Hillary herself claims she's been in politics all her life, and "isn't it about time America elects a woman president"?
We have a bona-fide liar in our White House now. His policies and actions are knawing at the very foundation of what made this country great. Until January of 2017 he will continue to do all he can to erode the principles, freedoms, and rights of the people of this country.
The good news is that in November, 2016 we can vote someone in office to begin repairing the damage this man has done, and will continue to do. The bad, very bad news is that if Hillary takes up residence in our White House, she may bestow on us all deeds and activities that make Barry look like a Republican. We can't afford to let that happen to us and our future generations.

Is this the kind of person we deserve in america's White House? Her first year will be appointing cabinet positions to all her heavy donors. Chelsea will probably be Secretary of State, and Bubba will be the U.N. Ambassador.
I've actually heard people say they're going to vote for Hillary because she's a woman. Really?
That's all you got? And Hillary herself claims she's been in politics all her life, and "isn't it about time America elects a woman president"?
We have a bona-fide liar in our White House now. His policies and actions are knawing at the very foundation of what made this country great. Until January of 2017 he will continue to do all he can to erode the principles, freedoms, and rights of the people of this country.
The good news is that in November, 2016 we can vote someone in office to begin repairing the damage this man has done, and will continue to do. The bad, very bad news is that if Hillary takes up residence in our White House, she may bestow on us all deeds and activities that make Barry look like a Republican. We can't afford to let that happen to us and our future generations.

Happy Birthday to me
Today my wife and family are helping me celebrate my 80th. year on this planet.Cake with loads of frosting and all. Greetings from family and friends. Even hugs from my 17-month great granddaughter. Couldn't ask for more. God has been good to me.
Now I haven't seen or done it ALL, but in my 80 years I have a lot of memories, and I'm so grateful to so many, starting with my wife that has given me more good memories than I deserve since we've been together.
I believe in God, and I believe he gave his only son to die for our sins. I'll believe that till my own number is up. Yes, I have friends, and even a close family relative that believes there is no God, and I have a close buddy who's a strong agnostic, and still claims he wants proof.
Well, I'm proud to sing to the skies that I believe in God. But I also believe there's a Satan devil that dwells in the fires of hell. This evil Satan devil spends his time trying to destroy and punish the world. Since the beginning of time Satan has sent his own personal "soldiers" to help him destroy any belief in God or any Judeo-Christian values.
He has sent Karl Marx, Lenin, Adolph Hitler, Stalin, and countless other evil dictators.. All of these evil soldiers of Satan failed in their attempts, but that doesn't mean that the devil Satan will ever stop. No, he will continue to send people to us that will work hard at trying to destroy and punish the good people of the world.
Now, of course I'm not advocating that the man that now resides in America's White House is a "soldier" of Satan, but just take an objective review of what has happened in our great country and the world since January, 2009 when this man became president.
This man has more than doubled the national debt in this country to over $18.Trillion. We have more than 50 million Americans out of work. We have 46 million Americans on welfare, while he keeps preaching that "we are recovering". We buy products made in China, so that China can take its profits and loan us more money. We owe China trillions. This man in America's White House feels the one per-centers should give "their fair share" to the poor and less fortunate, refusing to realize his Saul Alinsky approach to our crumbling economy will not recover by just increasing entitlement programs to welfare recipients. It's corporations and businesses that create jobs, not welfare programs.
In fact can anyone remember ANY of this man's programs put into effect since 2009 that have been successful? Even his own home state of Hawaii, where he was supposedly born is now desperately trying to opt out of the infamous Obamacare program.
America's relations to the rest of the world has degraded to an all time low. Iran is one of the biggest supporters and suppliers of the mid-east terrorists, and yet the man in the White House is about ready to give them a pass to make nuclear war heads. A White House mid-east summit showed only four of the six mid-east leaders attended. No one respects this man.
Can anyone remember when race relations between Blacks and Whites were any worse than they are now? And this man keeps fanning the fires of racism by his actions. He recently sent three emissaries to the funeral of the Black criminal that was shot by a police officer, but sent no one to the funeral of a young police officer that was gunned down and killed by a Black thug criminal with a long rap sheet.
He is in complete support of his Muslim background, and refuses to name ISIS for what it truly is. Many of his office and chief appointees are members of the Muslim Brotherhood.
And has anyone seen a war on Jews and Christians like the war that's taking place today? And who are the aggressors in this war on Judeo-Christian values? You know that answer. It's the evil radical Islamic Muslims.
And has there ever been a time in our country where our American flag is not only being desecrated in public, but there are actually certain venues where the flag is not allowed to fly.
Chaplains are not allowed to perform Mass on military bases, but Muslims are allowed to get their rugs out and bow to Mecca every day. If god's word is spoken or a prayer is uttered you can bet a lawsuit by the ACLU will shortly follow.
Recently a U.S. Air Force General was chastised by some atheist group just for speaking at a graduation commencement that he owes his success to God. This group wants the General to be court-martialed. Not making this stuff up people.
Every morning I step outside with my morning coffee and say my morning prayers. Today, on my 80th. birthday I prayed extra hard that our great country and our world will be successful in ridding ourselves of Satan's evil followers as soon as possible. I also prayed that our future generations will be successful in destroying any Satan followers that prey on the good citizens of this country and the rest of the world.

Do what to the Police?
Not too long ago, in fact, rather recent, Barry Soetero promised the police departments of America that he was going to assure that the policemen/women were equipped with the proper military arms and equipment to combat the crimes and racial uprisings in the country.
So now Barry has done a complete reversal. Just yesterday he said that it looks like military arms on city police officers appear to be "emotionally damaging to citizens". And what has Barry decided? Well, he now wants to strip police departments in the U.S. of any military arms. Barry thinks it's degrading to the communities to see police officers in military arms patrolling the streets.
Really Barry? Were you afraid that the looters, and evil scum criminals would be offended if they saw the police departments of Ferguson and Baltimore use all the arms they could to protect their city? Did Rev. Al Sharpton tell you to back the police down, and take away the appropriate arms necessary? Were both Barry and Al afraid this was too much force for the police?
And here's the frosting on the cake. Barry now wants police departments throughout the country to undergo training for their officers. Barry, along with Sharpton and Mayor DeBlasio of New York, want police department men and women to be more understanding and empathetic of the criminals they approach. They need to be trained. Really?
Barry wants to "train officers", but has given no thought to the evil Black criminals that roam the streets to loot, burn, rob, and do all they can to attack and destroy those citizens that take pride in their cities, and some of their tax dollars actually go to supporting these thugs.
Has Barry ever researched the young Black hoodlum gangsta criminal? Did he ever look into that Black youth growing up without a father? Did he ever look into the single mother that is trying to raise that Black youth? With no strong support that Black youth will lose any self esteem, and desire to reach worthwhile goals.
The youth then learns about welfare and other entitlement programs, and with low self esteem he's going to drift to other peers in his same situation. This is how gangs are formed and a life of crime is underway. Their hatred for authority, beginning with the Police, grows while they continue to feel the police is out to punish them unjustly.
They Black criminal youth feels the police "are just out to get me". Duh, yes that's true. When you commit a crime the police are certainly out to arrest you to see that justice is done, and law abiding citizens are protected.
The youth of this country is our greatest natural resource, and Barry is doing absolutely nothing for the education, growth, and support of these underprivileged young Black youths. Instead he feels part of the answer is to "train our police officers".
Yeah Barry the answer to all the crimes committed by young Black youths is to tell our police departments to "back off". What a great idea. Did Barry get that from Sharpton?
